Heavy or Wholesome Holiday Snacking?

Going into the holiday season, my kitchen is usually filled with the delicious smells of spicy warm baked goods, super sweet baked goods or savory snack mix.  In fact, I bake snack mix by the triple batches and then rely on it for some lunches and even dinners when I am by myself.  We haven't even made it to turkey day yet.  These heavy and overly sweet snacking calories add up quickly, so I've been looking for healthier and lighter alternatives of a quick grab-and-go snack variety.  Look what I found...Continue Reading...
