Easter Brunch for Two

Here is a fun Easter Brunch for two.  Take a look at the scrambled egg and bacon bunnies on the left.  We'll get to those and how to make them, but first, here is the menu:  Blueberry Bunny Bread, Fresh Fruit Cup, Scrambled Egg & Bacon Bunnies, Orange Juice, Chocolate Covered Marshmallow & Nutella Eggs and French Macarons.

The Blueberry Bunny Bread is my favorite blueberry muffin mix from Betty Crocker (I've been using this mix since I was my daughter's age) baked in a bunny silicon mold.
Place shredded coconut in a Ziplock bag and add a few drops of green food coloring.  Shake the bag until the green is evenly coated.  Add jelly beans for color.
The drizzled icing on top of the blueberry bunny bread is powdered sugar with a splash of milk whisked until smooth.  For thinner icing, add more milk.  Thicker, add more powdered sugar.
Put the icing in a Ziplock, snip the corner and drizzle across the top of the blueberry bunny bread:
While it looks like Spring inside, another snowstorm was moving in quickly from the East.
Seems like we have so few Easters with no snow.
The scrambled egg & bacon bunnies were a last minute idea when my daughter pulled out 4 pieces of bacon from the refrigerator and I said, "Get better looking bacon.  Those are wonky looking...wait...they kind of look like bunny ears."
I needed something for the pink nose, so I used a pink heart marshmallow that I traded out with a fresh raspberry.  The whites of the eyes are piped with cream cheese.  They eye balls are fresh blue berries and the whiskers are stands of string cheese.
The mouth was formed by a space in the eggs.
We couldn't wait to eat our bunny brunch.
Easter is still a week away, but we sure enjoyed our little play date.
