Words With Friends Cake

Tonight, we are celebrating birthday #84 with a Words With Friends® fanatic.  I think she said she had 27 games going last time I talked to her.  Last year, she got a Princess cake. I couldn't make any ol' plain cake this year.
We got busy baking a 9x13 white cake, mixed buttercream frosting & colored it gray...
 Frosted the cake...
Got the fondant mixing...
1 10.5oz bag of mini-marshmallows with 3-4 T water melted and combined with 2# powdered sugar in greased mixing bowl/paddle.  Knead until smooth.
Coloring the fondant.  Speaking of Words With Friends, my daughter took this photo and told me that my arm looked really real.  I told her it's because it really is real.  She said "like not fakealistic".  I looked at her and questioned, "Fakealistic"??    She was serious and I had to break it to her that fakealistic isn't really the opposite of realistic...it's either fake or realistic.  I love her made up words.  Earlier in the night, it was "handcupping".  She meant handcuffing.  Her words of the week.
You'll need gray/blue, green, blue, red & yellow fondant for the letter tiles. The yellow was mixed with yellow food coloring and a drop of flesh tone food coloring.
I had 5 tiles across and 7 tiles down, so I selected the lower center portion of the Words With Friends board and planned the tile colors accordingly.  The cake is turned sideways here:
13 gray, 3 green, 2 blue, 1 red, 16 yellow.  Obviously, I couldn't spell Birthday in 7 letters, so I had to break it up a little.  I like it better with the shorter words.
Then I piped the letters (yellow letter tiles with chocolate frosting) and score tiles (vanilla frosting):
 Happy Birthday, Mema!
Can't wait to show her this cake tonight and celebrate her 84 years on this planet.
