Creamy Tomato Langostino Pasta

Here is my latest go-to dish:
Saute sliced mushrooms and garlic in a little butter.
Add a few handfuls of fresh spinach and cover until spinach is wilted.
Add chopped cherry or grape tomatoes and crushed tomatoes.
Pour some Organic Creamy Tomato Soup over the veggies.
Now add a splash of heavy whipping cream.
Tap in a few dashes of Italian Seasoning.  Simmer.
Fresh Basil...mmmmmm.  Chop it.
Add langostino or shrimp or no seafood at all.
Sprinkle the freshly chopped basil.
Toast a little garlic bread
Serve over pasta- family style.
They wouldn't even let me snap a decent photo before digging in.
Approximate Recipe:
2 cups of sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of butter
4 cups of fresh spinach
1 cup of cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes
1 cup crushed tomatoes
1 cup of Organic Tomato Soup
1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
Seafood of choice
7-9 basil leaves
Boil pasta of choice
Serves:  6
Little effort. BIG flavor.
